Andre King is a veteran of the comedy circuit with over a decade of performance history under his belt and has performed all over New Zealand and Australia to rave reviews. He has won two NZ Comedy Guild awards for Best Comedic Performance on NZ Television and been nominated for several others including the coveted “Best MC”. In addition to various TVC’s and photo still’s commercials, Andre has also appeared on such shows as Eating Media Lunch, Pulp Comedy, The Pretender and Shortland Street and is currently set to star in Victor Roger’s new play “The Village People” and Steven McCurdy’s musical version of the iconic NZ film “Came A Hot Friday” where he will be playing the role that our favourite kiwi comedian Billy T James made famous as “The Tainuia Kid”. Andre has been an integral member of ConArtists for the last 3 years.
